Questions coaches ask first

Is the free Enneagram really free?

Yes. It is our own instrument, built as a light introduction to the platform. You take it yourself, you get the full personal report, and nothing is charged.

What does it cost to run it with a client team?

$25 per participant for the Enneagram. You choose how many seats you need and pay once. Each team member then receives a personal invitation with their own unique link. Other assessments in the portfolio are priced per assessment as well; ask us for the partner rate card.

Do I need to be certified?

Not for the Enneagram and most of the portfolio. A few instruments from partner experts ask for a short onboarding webinar or a certification; that is shown on each assessment page.

Where do I log in, and what will my client see?

You log in at my.esperto.one, the Esperto assessment platform, where your account and all reports live. The Enneagram report carries Esperto branding; partner instruments carry the branding of the expert who built them. Your client receives an email invitation with a personal link and the report by email when they finish.

Can I set my own price for my client?

Yes. You buy the assessment from us and decide what you charge your client. The margin is yours.

How is my client's data handled?

Your client's answers are processed under our standard data processing agreement, and you can download or delete reports yourself. See assessment data security and the privacy policy.
