Who is Culture Clarity™ for?
Coaches and consultants working with founder-led and growth-stage organizations, typically between 10 and 500 employees. It works best when your client's leadership is committed to acting on what the data shows, and when you want a practitioner-built diagnostic instead of a generic engagement survey.
How long does the engagement take?
Employees spend about ten minutes on the questionnaire, and the report is delivered within 48 hours of the survey closing. Cultureful handles the survey build, the analysis and the private strategy session, so your client's internal job is mostly encouraging people to take part. Most engagements launch within days of the kickoff.
In which languages is the survey available?
Thirteen: English, Bengali, Spanish, Indonesian, Swahili, Tamil, Khmer, Malay, Romanian, Tagalog, Nepali, Arabic and Urdu. English is the default. If your client needs a language that is not on the list, ask us. Cultureful is happy to set one up on request.
What does my client receive as a deliverable?
A 25-page executive culture report covering all ten areas, every anonymous employee response delivered exactly as written, an expert pattern analysis, a Leadership Priority Roadmap with five focused recommendations, and a private strategy session with the Cultureful founders. How is privacy handled? Can employees trust the anonymity?
Yes. Responses are anonymous by design, and minimum reporting thresholds are applied so that no individual can be identified from a breakdown. Open comments reach your client unedited, but never tied to a named respondent. The rights your client's employees can exercise, and how long data is kept, are set out in the Esperto privacy policy at https://espertoassessments.com/privacy-policy/.
Do I need to be certified to deploy this with my clients?
No. There is no certification programme for Culture Clarity™. Cultureful runs the survey build, the analysis and the strategy session, and then either hands the results back for you to present in your own words or joins you in front of your client. They do not pitch their own services in your engagement. Which of the two you choose is up to you, per client.
How does pricing work, and what is my margin?
Partner pricing is set so you can earn a clear margin between the Esperto rate and what you charge your client. Specific numbers depend on volume and scope and are shared on a discovery call.
Can I combine this with other Esperto assessments?
Yes. Many partners combine Culture Clarity™ with WIN (employee happiness), S.C.O.P.E. Culture Clarity™ reads the organization as a whole; the others go deeper on the people or the system inside it.
