WIN-scan Personal Report

Give your client a clear picture of their own work happiness - and where the energy leaks away.

The Personal Report is a private self-evaluation for one person. Your client completes a short online questionnaire and receives their own scored profile across the six WIN-scan themes: workplace happiness, engagement, vitality, meaningful work, relationships and sustainable employability. You debrief the report, guide the conversation and stay the strategist. The Werkgeluk Instituut handles scoring and report delivery, so you can open a vitality or coaching engagement with evidence instead of a hunch.

About the assessment

What the Personal Report measures

Your client answers a short online questionnaire and is scored across the six WIN-scan themes: workplace happiness, employee engagement, vitality and energy, meaningful work, team and relationships, and sustainable employability. The report opens with an overview of how they experience their work today, then goes theme by theme with scored results and what they mean. Because work happiness is buildable rather than fixed, everything in the report points to something you and your client can actually work on.

Typical use cases for coaches and consultants

  • Open an individual coaching or vitality engagement with a structured baseline your client can see and own.
  • Diagnose which theme is the primary drag on a client's energy and motivation.
  • Anchor a wellbeing or sustainable-employability conversation in evidence, not just perception.
  • Run it before and after a coaching track to show measurable progress.
  • Give a leader personal insight before rolling the scan out to their whole team.

How it works

From questionnaire to coaching conversation in days. Pay-as-you-go, no subscriptions, no platform commitments, no surprise costs along the way.

1

Set up and invite

Once certified, you set up the WIN-scan and send your client a unique link. You stay in control of timing, communication and scope.

2

Questionnaire and scoring

Your client completes the self-evaluation online. The platform scores each of the six themes and generates the personal report.

3

You debrief, they grow

You walk through the scored profile one-on-one, turning the numbers into priorities and a realistic plan. You stay the strategist.

Answers

Personal Report questions

Who is the Personal Report for?

Coaches and consultants who work with individuals on work happiness, vitality and sustainable employability. It suits vitality and career coaching, leadership development and any engagement where you want an evidence-based view of what drives and what limits how your client experiences work.

How long does it take?

The questionnaire is short, and the report follows shortly after. One focused session with the report in hand is all it takes to get started. [EDIT: confirm exact respondent time and turnaround with Lieke.]

What does my client receive?

A personal WIN-scan report: an overview of how they experience their work, scored results across all six themes (happiness, engagement, vitality, meaningful work, relationships, sustainable employability), per-theme analysis, and reflection prompts to support the coaching conversation.

Do I need to be certified to deploy it?

Yes. You complete the WIN-scan Practitioner Certification first, which gives you the skills to interpret and debrief the report well. Certification is a separate one-time investment. Contact us and we will connect you to arrange it.

Can I combine it with the Team or Org-wide Report?

Yes, and many coaches do. Personal Reports for every member roll up naturally into the Team Report, and the Org-wide Report gives HR and leadership the full-organization picture. All three use the same six themes, so the picture stays consistent as you go broader.

Ready to add this to your toolkit?

Let's talk about how the Personal Report fits your practice.

A short discovery call is the fastest way to know whether this is the right tool for your next engagement. We will ask how you work with individual clients on work happiness and vitality, and where this sits in your offering. Then we will be honest about whether the Personal Report is the right match, or whether the Team Report, the Org-wide Report, or something else in the Esperto toolkit fits better.
