Every partnership follows our Discover, Develop, Deliver process. In Discover we dive into your methodology and goals and map the roadmap. In Develop we co-create the assessment: you bring the content and logic, Esperto builds the engine, scoring and reports. No. You bring the methodology: the questions, the scoring rules and what the report should say. Esperto handles the full technical build and operation, from questionnaire engine to report delivery, hosting and support. You focus on your model; we do the rest.

More than run a questionnaire. The platform supports multi-respondent logic with automatic aggregation into team and organizational reports, dynamic report text based on score combinations, PDF and HTML report delivery, and automated participant intake, invitations, reminders and payments.

Yes. Coaches get access on a pay-as-you-go basis, and that access can be tied to your certification program, so only coaches you have certified can deploy your instrument. This is how your methodology scales without you delivering every engagement yourself.

You do. As the expert you keep ownership of your questionnaire content, scoring logic, report logic and client data. Esperto owns the platform, infrastructure and user experience. This split is fixed in every partnership agreement.

You get full access to the platform: you set up the campaign yourself, add your participants, and the engine sends the invitations and reminders automatically. Responses are scored automatically and the report is delivered to you or directly to your client. For team and 360 assessments, individual responses are aggregated into team and organizational reports automatically.

It varies per assessment. Some, like Pathfinder, are deployed by certified coaches; many others, like the Enneagram Assessment, can be deployed directly with no certification required. Every assessment page states whether certification is required, recommended or not needed.

Yes. Assessments are delivered as part of your own engagement, so your client experiences your practice rather than a third-party tool. We set this up together during onboarding.

The Esperto platform supports 34 languages. Availability varies per assessment; most are available in English, and additional languages can usually be arranged on request. If you need a specific language for a client, just ask.

Yes, that is the point of a one-stop-shop. Coaches combine, for example, an individual leadership assessment with a team or culture measurement, all through one platform. Your client sees their reports in one portal, across assessments.

Data is hosted in the Netherlands and processing is GDPR compliant. Responses are used to generate reports; nothing is shared without consent. Team and 360 feedback is reported in a way that protects individual respondents, so people can answer honestly.
