The 5 States 360 Report
Show a leader how their success looks from every side, not just their own.
The 360 Report compares your client's view of themselves with how the people around them experience the same five states: Clarity, Connection, Certainty, Vitality and Spirit. The gaps are where the real coaching happens: the strength they undervalue, the blind spot everyone else can see, the state that reads very differently from the outside. You debrief the comparison, guide the conversation, and stay the strategist. Seachange Now handles platform, scoring and report delivery.

What the 360 Report measures
Your client rates themselves across the five states, and the people around them, such as their manager, peers and direct reports, rate them on the same questions. The report puts both views side by side, state by state. Where self and others agree, your client gains certainty about what is really working. Where they diverge, you have found the conversation that matters: the hidden strength to lean into, or the blind spot that is quietly costing them. Because every score maps to a coachable state rather than a fixed trait, feedback lands as a way forward instead of a verdict.

- Deepen an executive coaching engagement once the Personal Report has opened the conversation.
- Surface the blind spots a senior leader cannot see from the inside, backed by evidence rather than anecdote.
- Ground a leadership development programme in how each participant is actually experienced by others.
- Prepare a leader for a bigger role by showing where their self-image and their reputation diverge.
- Re-run it later in the engagement to show the perception gaps closing as the work takes hold.
How it works
From brief to debriefable report in days once the raters have responded. No subscriptions, no platform commitments, no surprise costs along the way.
Set up and invite
You brief Esperto on the engagement and who should give feedback; we coordinate with Seachange Now to send unique links to your client and their raters.
Everyone responds
Your client and their raters each complete the questionnaire. The platform combines the responses and generates the 360 profile.
You debrief the gaps
You walk your client through the self vs. others comparison, turning the biggest gaps into concrete development priorities.

Built so you can deliver value and earn your margin.
The 360 Report is priced as a partner rate for coaches and consultants who deliver it inside their own engagements. You charge your client what fits the value of your work; the difference is your margin.

360 Report questions
Who is the 360 Report for?
Coaches and consultants running leadership development with senior leaders and executives, especially those really looking to grow. It works best when your client is truly ready to hear how others experience them, which is exactly the readiness a good coach can create.
Who gives the feedback?
You and your client decide together who should respond, typically a mix of their manager, peers and direct reports. Responses are combined in the report so individual raters are protected and can answer freely. [EDIT: confirm rater categories and minimum numbers with Seachange Now.]
How long does it take?
Each respondent completes the questionnaire in about 20 minutes. The report follows once all raters have responded, so the total turnaround mostly depends on how quickly you get the feedback group moving. [EDIT: confirm exact turnaround with Seachange Now.]
What does my client receive?
A combined 360 profile: their self-rating and the view of others side by side across all five states, per-state gap analysis, called-out strengths and blind spots, and coaching advice built on the OWA (Outcome - Why - Action) model.
Do I need to be certified to deploy it?
Yes. You first complete a half-day accreditation facilitated by Brendan Foley and Seachange Now, which equips you to debrief 360 feedback well. An annual licence applies. Contact us and we will connect you to arrange your accreditation.
Can I combine it with the Personal or Team Report?
Yes, and many coaches do. A common flow is a Personal Report to open the engagement, then the 360 when your client is ready for outside perspective. All three formats use the same five states, so the picture stays consistent as you go deeper.

Let's talk about how the 360 Report fits your practice.
A short discovery call is the fastest way to know whether this is the right tool for your next engagement. We will ask how you work with your clients, what outcomes matter, and where leadership feedback sits in your offering. Then we will be honest about whether the 360 Report is the right match, or whether the Personal Report, the Team Report, or something else in the Esperto toolkit fits better.
