An engaging, gamified quiz built for marketing funnels — the lightest, most top-of-funnel tool. It sparks curiosity about the Scaling Up methodology and pulls prospects into your pipeline.
Quick Assessment
A concise, high-level scan (a refreshed 4D assessment) to attract and qualify potential clients. Sits on your website and can be customised as your own lead tool.
Scaling Up Assessment
~70 questions, ~20 min, structured around the Four Decisions plus the leader and internal communication. CEO version: a ~30-page personalised report drawn from ~1,600 verbatim feedback fields, benchmarked to a peer group. Team version: compares every member’s answers (or anonymous).
Leadership Vision Alignment
36 questions (long & short), answered independently. Maps each leader’s 3-year vision, core values, strategy, core customer and priorities, and sorts 16 success factors into strong / average / weak.
Quarterly Session Preparation
Prepares the quarterly strategy session: rate the past 90 days (rocks, team, core values, atmosphere), then Start / Stop / Continue and the biggest challenge and opportunity. v2.0 adds a personal energy check-in and a Critical Number for next quarter.
Rockefeller Habits Checklist

4How companies are compared
CEO results are benchmarked against a peer group — companies of similar size and phase (size by FTE, with freelancers at 30%; age; and online/tech type). Phases follow Greiner’s growth model, renamed.
5The ScaleUp Score
An overall readiness-to-scale score from all answers — including ambition and past growth — corrected for the company’s phase, so it allows fair comparison across company sizes. Shown in the CEO report next to the peer average and the CEO’s own estimate, turning the gap into a conversation.
